BIOGRAPHY

Paulina is an associate at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo, a firm where she provides legal advice on labor and employment matters in a wide variety of industries and sectors.

She has more than seven years of experience in employment consulting for employers, both in Aguascalientes and Mexico City, as well as in advising more than 25 clients on day-to-day matters.

Within her practice, Ms. Mendietta provides support with the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions and in labor aspects for starting operations and transfers of personnel. She has experience in the attention and defense of labor lawsuits and works in implementing the legal aspects of NOM-035 in the workplace. She also assists with sanitary reopening protocols due to COVID-19.
