BIOGRAPHY

Luis is an associate at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo. He has more than six years of experience practicing labor law, including four years in civil and commercial law, and two years in notarial law.

Mr. Flores focuses on the analysis, structure and support in the administration of individual labor relations and in the follow-up and attention of labor conflicts, mainly in the areas of banking and finance, insurance and services. He also assists in the analysis and negotiation of collective bargaining relations.

Throughout his professional career, he has participated in several relevant projects, including a personnel transfer process of more than one thousand employees, and merger processes between two or more companies regarding individual and collective labor relations. He has also provided consulting and advisory services to domestic and foreign clients with subsidiaries in Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Brazil, France and New Zealand, among other countries.

Luis joined the team of Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo in 2014; he previously collaborated at Manzaneque y Asociados (2010-2014) and at Notary Public Number 153, Titular Lic. Jorge Antonio Sánchez Cordero Dávila (2008-2010).

Luis earned his Law Degree from the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), as well as a Diploma in "Broadening and deepening knowledge of North America: Comparative Law, Institutions and Legal News.
